The Mysterious Antarctic

Antarctica as we are shown it, may not be accurate. If fact it may indeed be totally different then what we think. According to our current idea of Antarctica we are told it is an icy Continent which has a circumference of around 14,000 miles. So what would you say if I were to tell you that the actual circumference of Antarctica is more like 60,000 miles and is not situated on the bottom of a globe. But rather is a barrier around the outside of the circle of the earth and that it was put in place in order to hold the oceans in. Well if you bare with me, I will attempt to explain why we think it is exactly that.

In 1773, Captain Cook became the first modern explorer known to have breached the Antarctic Circle and reached the ice barrier. During three voyages, lasting three years and eight days, Captain Cook and crew sailed a total of 60,000 miles along the Antarctic coastline never once finding an inlet or path through or beyond the massive ice wall. Captain Cook wrote: "The ice extended east and west far beyond the reach of our sight, while the southern half of the horizon was illuminated by rays of light which were reflected from the ice to a considerable height. It was indeed my opinion that this ice extends quite to the pole, or perhaps joins some land to which it has been fixed since creation."

"Yes, but we can circumnavigate the South easily enough, it is often said by those who don't know, The British Ship Challenger recently completed the circuit of the Southern region – indirectly, to be sure – but she was three years about it, and traversed nearly 69,000 miles – a stretch long enough to have taken her six times round on the globular hypothesis.?"

"During Captain James Clark Ross's voyages around the Antarctic circumference, he often wrote in his journal perplexed at how they routinely found themselves out of accordance with their charts, stating that they found themselves an average of 12-16 miles outside their reckoning every day, and later on further south as much as 29 miles." Captain Ross also wrote of the Antarctic ice wall as, "extending from its eastern extreme point as far as the eye could discern to the eastward. It presented an extraordinary appearance, gradually increasing in height, as we got nearer to it, and proving at length to be a perpendicular cliff of ice, between one hundred and fifty feet and two hundred feet about the level of the sea, perfectly flat and level at the top, and without any fissures or promontories on its even seaward face. We might with equal chance of success try to sail through the cliffs of Dover, as to penetrate such a mass."

I will attempt within these sections to offer an alternative look at what we are told. With the aid of some photographic and video evidence we will attempt to dissect what is passed off to us as fact and see if we cannot determine for ourselves what this region of our earth actually looks like.

Another rather mysterious thing about the Antarctic is the fact that many military operations were conducted in this area. Shortly after World War II, two military operations took place. The first being Operation Highjump and the second code named Operation Deep Freeze. It was during the second operation that all of a sudden and for no apparent reason the operation was just shut down and everyone pulled out. Almost immediately afterwards high altitude nuclear test were conducted at an alarming rate. So, what did they find that made them immediately stop the operation, pull out, and start with the nuclear testing ? We think we know, but we will leave it up to you to watch some of the presentations and come to your own conclusions.

What is extremely interesting is the code names that were used for these nuclear tests. Operation Fishbowl was a series of high-altitude nuclear tests conducted in 1962 that were carried out by the United States as a part of the larger Operation Dominic nuclear test program. An interesting fact is what Dominic actually means, and when put together with Fishbowl. This might surprise even the most sceptical person. It is also interesting to note that From April 25th 1962 up until October 30th of the same year some 31 nuclear detonations took place at high altitude over the Pacific. When we look at some of the archived footage of these tests it appears as if the bombs were actually hitting something. I wonder what it could be ? Could it have been something that was found during Operation Deep Freeze that sparked their immediate pull out of the Antarctic and these nuclear tests to start ? All of these operations and launches raise a lot of questions about their motives both at the Antarctic and the high altitude nuclear tests, does it not ?
